The undeniable energy of Radio Slave’s “All Rize” has been re-energized with a fresh set of interpretations, landing on his esteemed Rekids label on October 24, 2025. This highly anticipated remix package showcases how deeply compelling the original track is, inviting some of the most exciting forces in contemporary electronic music to reimagine its core for the modern dance floor.
The original cut, featuring the incredible vocals of Kameelah Waheed, originally dropped in May 2025 and immediately captured attention. It was instantly dubbed a “perfect moment” tune by none other than Mano Le Tough and subsequently earned heavy rotation and support from respected tastemakers like Bradley Zero, Call Super, and Sean Johnston, signaling its immediate quality.
This remix collection features two distinct and powerful new takes from two acclaimed artists. New York City house legend Harry Romero and Paris-based producer, DJ, and sound designer Samaran both stepped up to lend their signature styles to the track.
Harry Romero expressed his enthusiasm for deepening his collaboration with Radio Slave’s imprint, stating, “Glad to be working a lot closer with Radio Slave on his label and projects. It’s just one of those brands that put out quality. So before I even heard what I was asked to remix for Matt, my answer was yes.” Romero aimed for a significant shift, revealing his goal was “to put a completely different twist on the original and make a new version that was peak time. So glad I took a chance!”
Meanwhile, Samaran approached the track with a darker aesthetic in mind. He shared his vision: “I wanted to create a darker club vibe for All Rize, adding another bassline, just keeping the vocal elements that have a strong character and some percussion to keep some organic groove to it. The idea was to keep a minimal idea as the original and make it Rize for darker clubs.”
Radio Slave’s label, Rekids, remains a vital cornerstone of the house and adjacent electronic soundscape since its founding in 2006. Under the sole A&R guidance of Matt Edwards (Radio Slave), the label continues to evolve, notably expanding with the launch of Rekids Special Projects in 2017 and the newer REK’D sublabel in 2024. Rekids consistently cultivates emerging talent while continuing to host releases from established heavyweights like Hilit Kolet, Tal Fussman, Frankey & Sandrino, Mathias Kaden, and Huxley, proving its enduring commitment to quality over time.
The “All Rize [Remixes]” EP hit the shelves on October 24, 2025, available across both vinyl and digital formats. DJs and dedicated fans can now grab this versatile package on major platforms like Bandcamp, Beatport, Traxsource, and various streaming services, ensuring these fresh interpretations are ready to fuel dance floors globally.
