This is the ”We Are VR” EP released earlier in May this year. Nu disco label Voyeurhythm release four fantastic deep house boogie nuggets created by four of hottest names in the nu disco house scene.
First up on the EP is UK producer Ben Sun. Hold on tight in this raw, disco induced, deep house dance floor diamond track titled ”Just Living”. Settling down deeper track titled ”Father Figures” by Francis Inferno Orchestra from Melbourne Australia, super skippy ride filled with floaty synths and dubbed out vocals.
Third track on the EP is fellow Australian DJ HMC (AKA Late Night Tough Guy) takes us back to the late 70’s early 80’s with a proper future boogie player, packs a truly heavy disco funk punch. Finishing the Ep back in the UK, with Tyson Ballard providing a more chill out downtempo subtle nu disco cut. Ultra cool vibes in the track titled My House. Much needed necessary slow grooving after the ride were taken through in the first three tracks.
The EP is a sure fire winner all round and a must for any DJ’s record bag or USB stick whos looking to rock a crowd with a variety of nu disco based sounds.
