In the first hour of this week’s Metafor, osis show, we have the first airing of a brand new album created by Taipei-based band Hi-Life Wedding.
Writer and producer (David Broman) uses a synth and MPC to create full, live-electronic sounds, heavy beats, and catchy melodies. Coupled with the warm undertones of the prettiest double bassist this side of the Mississippi (Kate Boehms), Hi-Life Wedding presents a complementing dichotomy of sounds and visuals.
Their songs are layered and modern, but totally accessible. Kate’s airy and feminine voice adds balance to David’s distinctive, beat-like vocals. Hi-Life Wedding has performed on four continents and have just recently independently produced and released a debut album in their home away from home Taiwan, before hitting the road on a successful European tour.
Special guest mix for the second hour

Simplification leads to more possibilities. Squatting low is to jump higher. If you don’t dislike it, please leave a comment!
Deep is not difficult, nor is it completely negative. On the contrary, it is easy to understand, but the scene is zoomed out. When you use a large series of notes and lyrics to express the feeling of happiness, the effect is the same as using two or three notes and vocal samples. , I would choose the latter, this is the concept of deep.
