‘TOUCH’ was a weekly live music social club held alternate weeks in Taiwan’s two major Taiwanese cities. In Taipei, in the north of Taiwan, at ‘Tav Cafe – Taipei Artist Village.’ In the south, at the ‘liaoliao studios’ based in Kaohsiung.
DJ Dark
DJ Dark, a DJ, Promoter, Organizer, who learned to DJ at 18 years old, touched by the way music controls human passion. Collecting vinyl from Ozzy Osbourne, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and Scorpions from the Rock Generation, he started to control human feeling with his music selection.
A Disco Jockey from the South of Taiwan touring his early 80’s~late 90’s music in dance clubs across the country all the way to the North. By 1998 electronic music had started to feature more in his sets and it was here that a dance scene started to develop with Guest DJ’s appearing in Taiwan, and Dark starts to Organize out door parties on the beach, in mountain valley’s and amusement parks.
From 2002~2011 Dark was employed by Brown Sugar, the most Famous and successful jazz club in Taiwan and Shanghai. His role as music director saw his management musicians and singers, and his own jazzy, soulful, funky house style were fundamental in creating a new style of Jazz club. To this day he still guest DJ’s at music festival and club\’s in countries across Asia playing House and Techno with his unique groove and style.

In Taipei resident DJ ‘s are Wanghart and Digital D. In Kaohsiung its Wanghart & Eddie Hu, each week taking you through a selection of newly released and soon to be released Dance Music. Mostly featured here in the Music section of the liaoliao website.
Each week Touch invite a special guest DJ to join in and expose their style of music and individual mixing techniques.
